Order Processing
We strive to process and ship orders placed before 12:00 PM on the same day. However, during peak seasons, processing may take up to 24 hours. If you need your order by a specific date, please note it in the "notes" section during checkout. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. Accurate shipping information is crucial for timely delivery. Please review your address and contact details carefully.
Shipping
We prioritize the freshness and condition of your order. Most shipments are dispatched within 1-2 business days. For warm weather destinations, shipments may be held until Monday to minimize transit time. Please note that ADEA Chocolate is not responsible for damage caused by shipping conditions. While we take precautions, once your order leaves our facility, we cannot control external factors like weather or carrier delays.
Packaging
To protect your chocolates from melting, especially in temperatures above 19 degrees Celsius, we use insulated packaging and gel packs.
Delivery Times for Businesses & Residences
Our shipping carriers deliver on business days, with Saturday delivery available for an additional fee. A signature may be required upon delivery. Business deliveries typically occur between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, while residential deliveries are between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. To maintain product quality, orders may be held until Monday for shipping, especially during warmer months. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method.
